Wow, we've not had an update for some time have we? Luckily we've got a couple of good ones for you.

After having a small fire, which affected the extraction system in the shop, we thought it would be a good time to go for a refurbishment. The main shop has been totally revamped. We have removed the café area and have now increased the take-away area and also work areas. This has made a massive impact on the overall look of the shop, making it feel much more spacious, and should allow us to work more efficiently and deliver you a better product now more quickly!

We have also started using the Sweetheat delivery system. This includes heated delivery bags with a unique heat lock system. This allows us to keep the food at a constant temperature, and ready to serve to you, our customers, as though it has only just come out of the oven (or fryer!).

Also this month we have started taking orders online! This is a first for any food establishment in the County, and as far as we are aware, no other Fish & Chip shop in the country has a fully automated online ordering system! This has been in the pipeline for nearly 10 years now, but it has only been made possible recently with the widespread use of broadband in the area.

We now accept all major credit & debit cards. Now there's no excuse not to order a home delivery from us!

We have had two state of the art touch screen tills and delivery management systems installed in our shop. This will allow us to keep records of all of our customers by their telephone number thus allowing us to take orders more quickly via caller id, and also to mail special offers, new menus etc to you. We are also able to manage the deliveries in such a way that it will allow us to deliver in the most optimum time possible, resulting in a better service.

Also this month we have had our website professionally redesigned by Futurestore, a local company who have done, in my opinion an excellent job. We now have the ability to update the pages via a content management system, so now we can keep the prices up to date much more easily (Unlike during the past when prices have been not kept up to date)

No your not seeing double! We now have two vans on the road for our Home Delivery Service. Our new edition is a new Fiat Punto van which will join our Renault Clio Van in delivering food fresh to your door. Both now dressed in red attire!
